    At this time, TANE SHOP ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does TANE SHOP ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Standard shipping method (the least expensive way) is used for all orders unless you contact us with a special request.

  • TANE SHOP charges CT sales tax for merchandise ordered on this web site based on the 6% applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Sales tax on out of state sales will not be charged by Tane Shop and purchaser assumes responsibility for paying sales tax to the state the item is being shipped to. Sales tax is not charged on shipping cost.

  • You may return most undamaged, unopened items purchased at Tane Shop within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 30 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Email us by clicking on the "Contact Us" button to request a RMA. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
